We have done quite a bit of outreach, especially to the large Latino community in Cache Valley. We are so proud of our all-girls group for having launched a space satellite last month. Because we love working on Saturdays, we had our Halloween activities with 3-D printed pumpkins and drawstring bags and our Christmas activities with our laser cut snowmen with LED's that would blink along with a Christmas song (Yes, that song did get old very fast).
We gained two new staff members, Nick and Andrew. Both of which are smart and always willing to help. Plus, they're also known to crack a good joke every now and again. They, like many others before them, made the wise choice of attending Utah State University. Nick is a computer science major and Andrew is going into mechanical engineering. They joined our maker family in August.
The staff and volunteers at Cache Makers would like to thank you all for your heaps of support throughout this year. Cache Valley has so many amazing people in it and we are so excited to continue sparking the interests of future makers. Above all we look forward to all of the new experiences we will have this coming year. Bring it on, 2016.
Below you will find a quick slideshow of pictures that were taken this semester. Oh, the memories!
