Here at Cache Makers, we want you to CREATE! These online resources will help you think of projects that you can do at our facility. There is no limit on all the creative things you can build at our Maker Space!

SCRATCH

Scratch is a free interactive programming language created by MIT Media Lab. You can use Scratch to build interactive stories, games, and animations. This is an example of a game written in Scratch. Try it out!

THINGIVERSE

A universe of things! Thingiverse provides open source hardware for you to create a design and 3D print, laser cut, or use the CNC to create the prototype! Check out the website to pick something you love and then modify and personalize it!

TINKERCAD

​Tinkercad is a simple, online 3D design and 3D printing tool. You can use Tinkercad to make toys, prototypes, Minecraft models, jewelry, and much more! Then you can print it out on Cache Makers 3D printers.

HOUR OF CODE

Hour of Code is a fun introduction to coding! It is designed to demystify code and show you that you can learn the basics. This is a self guided activity and it's the perfect way to get started coding! Coding can allow you to build your own video games, make your own website, program a robot, and much more!

ADAFRUIT

Adafruit was founded by Ladyada, an engineer from MIT. Her goal was to create a place online for learning electronics and making the best designed products for makers of all ages and skill levels. Check it out and find a project that you'd like to make!
